Doom Eternal is getting closer and closer, and a new breakthrough from Id Software gives us another great help from the infernal slaughter. This is announced as an advance of the story, but being Doom, most of the story revolves around characters like Samuel Hayden and the inhabitants of hell who talk to Doom Slayer. What seems like a mistake.
Indeed, the vast majority of the trailer shows the Slayer making his way through hell, sometimes literally. In the process, he meets a demon who calls usurper, equips a glowing sword and, in general, jumps and jumps around some nightmare beasts who realized they were having a bad day.

Doom Eternal was delayed until March 20, 2020 at the end of last year, to give the development team additional time to polish and finish.
